First Annual Chisholm Trail Charity Clay Shoot

Presented by:

The First Annual Charity Clay Shoot is scheduled for May 18, 2012 at Beaumont Ranch in
Grandview, Texas. All funds raised will support the Johnson County First Responders.

The event is expected to draw an estimated 250 shooters.
Registration is $500 per 5 person team or $100 to register individually.
Shooters are to provide their own ammo (No. 7 1/2, 8 &9 shot only).
The tournament will be scored by the Lewis Scoring System with a 100 round course. Lunch will be provided for all registrants.
Registration begins at 7:30 am on May 18, shooting to begin at 9:00am.
Silent and Live Auction are scheduled for after lunch, followed by the Awards Presentation.
We will be giving out multiple awards, for teams, individuals and special categories for First Responders.
We will continue to update our website with lists of expected Auction items. Please see below for a list of Auction items.

Sponsorship Levels

Title Sponsor - $5,000 - Sponsorship Level has been booked by LaSalle Corrections

Shirt Sponsor $2,500 - Sponsorship Level has been booked by Lucien Wright Insurance Services
Your company logo and name on a sleeve of event t-shirt, prominently recognized the day of the event, in the event brochure, on the Chisholm Trail 100 Website and event signage. Includes 1 team and 1 golf cart in tournament.

Cart Sponsor - $2,500
Your company will be prominently recognized on the day of the event, in the event brochure, on the CT100.org Website, on every rental cart, sponsor board and event signage. Includes 1 team and 1 golf cart in tournament.
Trophy Sponsor - $2,000 - Sponsorship Level has been booked by Awards by Mastercraft

Your company will receive sign recognition, listed in the event brochure, name on trophies and on the CT100.org website, sponsor board and event signage. Includes 1 team and 1 golf cart in tournament.

Platinum Sponsor - $3,000
You company will be prominently recognized on the day of the event, in the event brochure, on on the CT100.org website and event signage and will have a company logo placed on the back of the event t-shirt. Includes 2 teams and 2 golf carts in tournament.

Gold Sponsor - $2,000
Your company will receive sign recognition, listed on the sponsor board and on the CT100.org website, also includes your company name listed on the back of event t-shirt. Includes 1 team in tournament.

Silver Sponsor - $1,000

First Responder Team Sponsor - $500
Your company will receive sign recognition, listed on the sponsor board and on the CT100.org website. Provides participation for 5 Johnson County First Responders.

Your company name will be on display for purchasing and donating a gun for auction.

Station Sponsor - $200
Your company will receive Station sign recognition, listed on sponsor board and CT100.org website.
