The Individual Life Membership with payment options consists of 4 yearly payments of $250. After the fourth year payment is received, you will receive 2 "Life Member" decals to display on your vehicle and the special triple eagle statue to proudly display.

The corporate Sponsorship membership is reserved by those businesses willing to go above and beyond to support their Johnson County First Responders. Members of this level will receive special Business Member decals for display in their business and will also be the proud recipients of a special triple eagle statue for public display.
