Second Annual Clay Shoot Tournament Scheduled

Great news! After last year's colossal success with our first major fund raiser, we have scheduled our second annual 100 Shots for the 100 Club Clay Shoot Tournament. The event will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at Beaumont Ranch in Grandview, Texas.

Like last year's event, we will limit registration to 300 shooters. In our first annual event, registration was full within 3 weeks of opening registration, well over 3 months in advance of the tournament. Stay tuned for more information on registration.

If you are interested in volunteering in the planning of this event, please email Niki Passmore at niki.passmore@ct100.org. We have many volunteer opportunities available.

We are also seeking donations for Silent and Live Auctions as well as goody bag stuffings. If you would like to contribute, please contact Niki Passmore.

Boot Camp for Charity with Intensity Training Systems

We had a good turnout for Boot Camp for Charity with Intensity Training Systems! The gym raised enough to join at a Friends of Ct100 membership level and we met a few new members as well!

The workout was hard, but no so difficult that I didn't enjoy it. Levi did a great job of keeping the mood light and fun. I am definitely looking forward to doing this again!!!

Annual Membership Meeting

Tomorrow is our Second Annual General Membership Meeting. The event will be held at Cleburne Conference Center (1501 W. Henderson St. Cleburne, TX 76033) at Noon. Catering provided by Heroes Cafe, buffet lines will open around 11:45.

Dr. Gene Howard, a John Wayne impersonator will speak, as well as our current president, Jerry Payne. Other items on the agenda will be the election of new board members, updates on the accomplishments of the past year, as well as plans for the coming year.

We will also be unveiling our new promotional video, produced by Burleson Business TV. This video is a major accomplishment for the Chisholm Trail 100 Club, lasting about 8 minutes long, it will be used to educate potential members.

I hope you will join us at our Second Annual Membership meeting, however if you are unable to, we will be posting all documents from the meeting on the Documents portion of our website.

Clay Shoot Wrap Up

The First Annual 100 Shots for the 100 Club Sporting Clay Shoot was a tremendous success, thanks to all our sponsors, committee members, volunteers and auction item donors!

I'm proud to announce the Chisholm Trail 100 Club has raised an estimated $54,000 through our efforts with this event! Planning is already underway for our second annual event, tentatively scheduled to take place early May 2013!

We are already rounding up sponsors and other participants. Please contact the 100 Club if you are interested in being a part of this event!
