We Need Your Help!

Looking for a fun volunteer opportunity? Then consider volunteering for the Chisholm Trail 100's largest fundraiser of the year - which benefits the 1,985 First Responders in Johnson, Somervell, and Hood counties, as well as those who serve the City of Mansfield!

Please complete this form if you would like to volunteer at the Chisholm Trail 100's 2021 Clay Shoot on Friday, September 10th at Beaumont Ranch, Grandview, TX. The Shoot is looking for the following volunteers:

1) 48 Volunteers are needed as "trappers" on the courses - which includes pushing the buttons to release the clay targets and assisting shooters with their scorecards.

2) 5-10 Volunteers are needed to assist with check-in/registration/general activities throughout the event

NOTE: Trapper volunteers will be out on the course from approximately 8am-Noon, so it is recommended for volunteers to dress for the weather forecast for the day and to wear comfortable shoes (volunteers will be driven to their assigned station on the course by the volunteer coordinators). Ear and eye protection as well as a chair for each volunteer will be provided. If you prefer you can wear your personal glasses/sunglasses as well as bring your own bag/folding chair for comfort.

Volunteers will need to arrive at the Lone Star Barn at the Beaumont Ranch no later than 7:45 AM on Friday, September 10, 2021. Lunch will be served at approximately Noon (and volunteers will receive a complimentary lunch). Volunteers are welcome to stay for the awards program following lunch, but may also leave at any time after the Clay Shoot is completed (approximately 11:45am-Noon).
